Spark Equestrian Academy offers structured, level-based horseback riding lessons for kids and adults at two Minnesota locations, Stillwater and Hugo. Each location has a heated indoor arena, so lessons continue year-round. Youth riders progress through a clear sequence of levels, and adults can choose from introductory, intermediate, and advanced riding, with jumping programs for riders who are ready. Our Stillwater location also offers Tiny Tots for our youngest riders, along with equine immersion programs and horsemanship workshops, while both locations run day camps for kids ages 6–12. Not sure which class is the right fit? Most new riders start at the introductory level for their age, and riders with experience can complete a short assessment to place into a higher level. All registration is handled through each location’s Student Portal. Use the tabs below to browse questions about enrollment and registration, riding information, and curriculum and attire.
